Karen, thank you for 19+ years of service
"After all these years….Leaving only because I have to, not because I want to. My husband was offered a great position in Alberta and we are relocating.
A month and a half shy of being at Inland for 20 years……so when asked if I am excited about leaving Inland AV my answer is mixed. I am curious as to what is down the next road for me, but at the same time I am frightened to leave behind what I know so well and the people to whom I work so closely with and enjoy. I have had the pleasure of watching Inland grow from 3 branch offices to 5, from a staff of approximately 35 to 80. I was allowed to grow with the company in my position from Account’s Payable, to Office Manager and Credit and Collections.
My greatest challenges became my biggest accomplishments at Inland AV. This is due in part to the circle of some very strong leaders that encompassed me. In particular Mr. Ed Werbowski, Kim and Jim Werbowski. I consider Mr. Werbowski the most dedicated, motivational, self disciplined leader I have ever been employed by. His pride and devotion to Inland AV is nothing less than superior. Those qualities he emitted seduced me to follow his passion for perfection and with his direction, keen vision and awareness of what the final result will be, helped reinforce my strengths.
Chuck Gluting’s support, words of wisdom, leadership and unconditional friendship have surpassed all my expectations of what a manager should consist of.
The fact is when I reflect on the longevity and stamina in which many of the management and staff at Inland AV have acquired, I can’t help but see this asset as a rare commodity in today’s employment market. This message clearly indicates and truly says something for Ed, Kim and Jim Werbowski’s leadership.
In closing I will miss my position and the people at Inland AV. I wish all of you good health and happiness in all your future missions."
Karen
Jim Werbowski praised Karen's dedication and contribution to Inland AV's success. "We will certainly miss her, but we wish her and her family the best in Alberta."
