PCU Centre Video Wall Installation

Inland Audio Visual recently installed a video wall into the PCU Centre in Portage la Prairie.

We upgraded the arena sound system prior to the 2015 RBC Cup tournament. The RBC Cup Committee decided to permanently install a video wall as an 2015 RBC Cup legacy for the City of Portage la Prairie.

The video wall was seen to make for a better in-game experience for fans of the Portage Terriers (member of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League). The video wall is used for replays, providing information to support the game such as player statistics and advertising opportunities.

The video wall is comprised of nine Sharp monitors in a 3 x 3 configuration. There is also a component system that includes two cameras to cover the on-ice action, two computers for the addition of graphics, a seamless switcher and video wall control system.

Congratulations on the video wall and Go Terriers!
